Internet Safety Day

Date: 8th Feb 2018 @ 3:08pm

Today we heard a story about three monsters called Fizz, Puff and Ness. They entered an art competition, drawing what they loved about school. Their teacher, Mr Brush, put their pictures onto to the school website and asked people to vote for their favourite. The monsters had some lovely comments left but someone wrote a really mean comment. It upset the monsters so they told their teacher. He showed them how to report something they didn't like on the website and he removed the mean comment.

We learnt that you should not say anything online that you wouldn't say out loud.

We also learnt that there is often a report button on a website to stop mean messages.
