Today, we learnt about how to separate different solutions, suspensions and mixtures. We thought about evaporation, filtration, sieving and magnetic attraction. Take a look at our pictures below!
Science - Measuring Weight and Mass - Gravity, by Mr Titterington
Date: 15th Sep 2022 @ 4:00pm
Today in Science, we learnt about Isaac Newton and his discovery of gravity. We completed group work in tables and use a Newton Meter. Newton Meters are little tubes which measure weight and mass in kilograms and Newtons. We measured the weight and mass of Tomato Kethcup, Flour, tins of soup, sugar and other items. Here are some of our results: Tomato Ketchup Mass = 100g & weight = 10N; Flour Mass = 1600g & Weight 16N.
